Guide to register to RevoU Tech Academy in Kampus Merdeka's website

1. Register through the RevoU - Kampus Merdeka Page

  • Please complete this step immediately. You should prioritize this step because we can only process applications that are registered on Kemendikbud's website before 15 December 2023 23.59 WIB.
  • While registering, you will be required to upload SR and SPTJM documents. Please make sure you use the official SR and SPTJM templates, which you can download from links below.
  • Failure to complete this step will make you ineligible to receive the scholarship

Step 1: Create an account in the Kampus Merdeka website. If you've finished this, you can skip to the 2nd step.

a. Click on the "Masuk" button
b. Click "Daftar"
c. Fill out the information needed. Make sure to use the same email that you registered to RevoU
c. After you've finished creating your account, log in to that account and proceed to step 2 below.

Step 2: Go to RevoU Tech Academy page and click "Daftar"

Step 3: Upload the necessary files

  • Please ensure you upload SR and SPTJM documents using the official templates, which you can download here (SR) and here (SPTJM)
  • Kemendikbud will go through your documents to determine your eligibility and failure to use the official templates will make you ineligible

Step 4: Complete your personal information and details

Step 5: Check and confirm your files and information

  • Please make sure you complete these registration steps before 10 July 2023 23.59 WIB. You will not be able to register pass the deadline and you will lose your eligibility for this scholarship.

Step 1: Create an Account on the Kampus Merdeka Website

Already have an account? Skip to Step 2.
a. Click "Masuk ke Akun"
b. Click "Daftar"
c. In the "Pilih Peran Anda" section, choose "Mahasiswa."
d. Fill out the information needed Use the same email that you registered to RevoU
e. Once your account is set up, log in and move to Step 2.

Step 2: Go to RevoU Tech Academy page and click "Daftar"

Step 3:  Provide Your Academic Data and Upload Personal Documents

  • Fill in your academic details (Semester & IPK), then click “Selanjutnya.”
  • On the "Informasi Beasiswa" page, select “Tidak.”
  • You'll be directed to "Dokumen Pribadi." Upload your KTP and Health Insurance documents, and fill in the related information.
  • Double-check your data and documents. Confirm by clicking the checkbox, then “Selanjutnya.”

Step 4: Continue Your Application

  • While your documents are being verified, you can continue your application process by clicking “Daftar Lowongan”

Step 5: Finalize Your Registration

  • Review and confirm all your information.
  • On the final page, check all the boxes and click “Daftar.”

Congratulations! You've successfully registered on the Kemendikbud page for RevoU.

2. Submit the assessment within 24 hours after your application

  • The assessment includes numerical and logical questions.
  • Tip: Use a laptop for the assessment, so you have access to Excel or a calculator.
